Common questions

The liner isn't showing. Lashline needs to see your face clearly. Face the camera in good light, and make sure nothing covers your eyes.

How do I change the look? Tap the sliders button at the bottom left. You can change the color, thickness, wing, softness and lashes, and watch the change live above the settings.

Where are my photos and videos? In the Photos app. Lashline only adds to your library; it can't see anything already there.

How do I remove the watermark? Lashline Pro, a one-time purchase in the liner settings, removes it. There's no subscription.

I bought Pro on another device. Open the liner settings and tap Restore purchase, signed in with the same Apple Account.

Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Privacy

Lashline collects no data. The camera never leaves your phone. Read the privacy policy.
